For daytime functions, we can provide a wide range of soft drinks/fruit juices, fresh filtered Robert Harris coffee and a selection of Dilmah teas. If required, the bar can be opened on conclusion of events, with prior arrangement.
For evening functions, full bar facilities are available at competitive prices. There is no minimum spend required on the bar but we do not accept BYO drinks. All bar tabs are required to be paid on the evening of the function.
Liquor Licence
We have a Club Licence so when necessary, we apply for a Special Liquor Licence on our Clients’ behalf. This application requires 20 working days. The latest time we can open to is 1.00am, with the bar closing at 12.45am.
We do not cater ourselves but we can provide a list of preferred caterers. You may choose another caterer, providing they cater from an establishment with a Food Premises Licence. Clients are required to provide crockery, cutlery and linen.
Access & Parking
Our Club has easy on/off access to the motorway system. Over the weekend, there is plentiful free car parking in the white-lined parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the Club. On weekdays, there is a 2-hour restriction on free parking between 8.00am and 4.00pm. For daytime functions, we can apply to Westhaven Marina Management for a limited number of free day parking tickets to a designated car park area.
